Are you comfortable with your clay abilities and just looking for a place to work and improve your skills? Join us in the Morse High School Ceramics Studio and start making all those things you have been dreaming up! This is not an instructor lead class, but the instructor will be on site working in case you need something. $75 for materials and studio fee, payable to instructor, must be paid on the first night of class. *Purchasing additional clay: The fee is an additional $75 to cover the firing, glazes and other consumables used during class. Please note: If you miss a class, you cannot make-up the class at another time. The ceramics schedule is very tight and these classes are usually full. Learn to prepare Beijing-style handmade noodles topped with flavorful Zhajiang (soybean paste) sauce. Want to master the art of hand-pulled noodles? Join this immersive class and learn traditional noodle-making techniques that symbolize longevity and prosperity. You’ll knead, roll, and cut dough by hand, exploring how simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt—transform into silky strands perfect for soup or stir-fry. Then we make Zhajiang Noodles with pork, veggie and sauce. Celebrate the cultural meaning of noodles in birthdays and festivals while creating your own bowl of happiness from scratch. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the workshop.

Open to all levels and paint mediums, these one-night workshops by Jessie are designed to give students the fundamentals of painting different types of landscapes.
Trees: In this class, open to all levels, students will learn to paint trees with strong form, texture, and movement. We’ll study values, color, and tree forms to capture depth and character. Open to all paint mediums. Upon registration a simple list of materials will be sent out.
Fall Forests: In this class, open to all levels, students will learn the fundamentals of color so they can paint their favorite New England fall scenes! Open to all paint mediums. Upon registration a simple list of materials will be sent out.
Water: In this class, open to all levels, students will learn to paint water from placid ponds to splashing waves. We’ll study wave structure, reflections, transparency, and color. Open to all paint mediums. Upon registration a simple list of materials will be sent out.
Winter Scenes: In this class, open to all levels, students will learn how to bring pale winter scenes to life through focusing on form and light. We'll study the colors of snow, the shapes of winter plants, and learn to notice the interesting moments that make this time of year unique. Open to all paint mediums. Upon registration a simple list of materials will be sent out.

In this unique dance fitness class, led by Tony Dancer, you will experience more high impact teaching using salsa music. This is a full body cardio workout modified from salsa steps into fitness. This program is appropriate for people of all ages, genders, and body types. You can move at your own pace and have a great time. So why not join the fun with "Fit to Salsa" and experience the joy and freedom of dance? If you hate to workout but love to dance, this is for you! Course fee is for 6 sessions with Tony.
